Our Mission
We are committed to creating thoughtfully designed homes throughout Croydon, exclusively for Croydon residents. Collaborating with architects known for their exceptional design quality and innovative approaches, we ensure priority access to our homes for Croydon locals for at least two months. Our properties are available through different purchase options, including shared ownership, Help to Buy, and open market sales. Additionally, a significant portion is allocated for affordable rent in partnership with Croydon Council.
