IHI is the parent company of QP Limited, offering design, engineering, and management solutions in the built environment. Additionally, Corinthia Caterers, another IHI entity, provides venue and event catering services and partners with Costa Coffee in Malta and Spain. IHI also holds substantial land reserves for future development in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Libya, and Malta.
