London's vibrant economy relies on its workforce, who in turn need reasonably priced housing options.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, genuinely affordable homes in attractive areas with excellent transport connections, catering to working Londoners with moderate incomes. Currently, we own 800 rental homes across nine inner London boroughs, with plans to expand our reach throughout the area.
As part of the Dolphin Square Charitable Foundation, an independent charity established with over £120 million in 2005, Dolphin Living targets essential workers such as teachers, chefs, healthcare professionals, creatives, and others who keep London running. They deserve well-designed, affordable housing options.
We are committed to enhancing this endowment, setting new benchmarks in management and design for London's affordable housing sector.
