Founded in 2012, HUB was envisioned as a unique type of developer. Our initial goal was to be impactful enough to effect positive change while remaining agile enough to deliver customized solutions. Originating with standalone buildings in London, we now undertake intricate multi-phase projects nationwide, with a significant emphasis on Build to Rent (BTR).
