LMD's Projects in Egypt
LMD's Egyptian portfolio includes several remarkable projects such as One-Ninety, a comprehensive living space in New Cairo, introducing the first W Residences Cairo and W Cairo Hotel in Africa. Other significant developments include Three-Sixty, a mixed-use destination in New Cairo, Layan, a French-inspired residential complex, Aria in Mostakbal City, and Zoya in Ghazala Bay by the Mediterranean Sea. LMD also presents Stei8ht, a unique low-density, high-end villas community in New Cairo.
Global Expansion
In 2011, to align with development trends, LMD established the Continental Investment Company in Dubai. The company's global presence now includes the Continental Tower in Dubai Marina, Rukan in Dubai Land, 91 Muntaner in Barcelona, Spain, with future projects underway in Greece.
