About The Masefield
The Westminster City Council is undertaking a bold house-building initiative, aiming to provide contemporary, high-quality residences for everyone.
The range includes modern apartments suited for first-time buyers and larger homes for families seeking more space, with new properties available in central London. These homes will be of various tenures.
In addition to fulfilling the housing demand in Westminster, the revenue generated will be reinvested to create brand new social and affordable housing, advanced community amenities, and revitalized neighborhoods. By spearheading its own projects, the council is committed to supporting local businesses and suppliers, optimizing underused spaces, and offering training and employment opportunities for students and apprentices.
The Masefield stands as Westminster’s flagship project and is the first one to feature homes for sale, representing a significant step forward for the community.
Proceeds from these sales will directly support Beachcroft House, an adjacent specialized dementia care facility offering 84 private rooms, communal living areas, and a sensory garden.
Additional projects include Parsons North, a contemporary mixed-tenure apartment complex on Edgware Road, and the developments at Luton and Fisherton Street, which are part of the broader Church Street regeneration plan, featuring mixed-tenure homes and a new gym facility.
