History of SiteSales
SiteSales was established over two decades ago by Murray Smith, initially starting with a small team of three. The company provided support in land sales and offered comprehensive sales and marketing services across London and the South East. As an innovative and dynamic company, SiteSales first collaborated with major firms such as Persimmon and Laing, eventually undertaking its first significant project, Stratford Eye, for L&Q.
Growth and Expansion
Through the development of numerous projects in the region, SiteSales quickly became a prominent sales agent for new homes in East London, a position it still holds today. By 2008, SiteSales had expanded its team to 20-25 employees, managing 10-15 new home sites and facilitating the delivery of between 500 and 600 units annually.
Collaborations and Achievements
As SiteSales continued to grow, it collaborated with new clients, including One Housing Group and several other registered providers (RPs). The company had the opportunity to work on pioneering projects such as the Stockwell Park Estate and Six Acres Estate. Additionally, SiteSales was appointed by Triathlon to manage the sale of affordable units at East Village, Stratford, part of the Athletes Village. This successful project included 704 homes, all sold within 18 months of their launch.
Present Operations
SiteSales has expanded organically through referrals and, in addition to its strong presence in London, the company also handles projects in the surrounding home counties. Currently, SiteSales employs approximately 60 staff members, all dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of its clients.
