Since 1961, our company has been dedicated to constructing a diverse range of homes, from standalone family houses in easily accessible areas to urban apartments, primarily in London and the Home Counties. Our projects range from small village collections to extensive regeneration ventures featuring hundreds of apartments.

Revitalizing brownfield areas into lively new communities is a top priority for us. A prime example of this is our Pulse development in Colindale, north west London, which was built on the former site of Colindale Hospital.
The Pulse project served as a landmark venture for us over a five-year period, highlighting our proficiency in converting neglected urban locations into vibrant communities.
Through our earlier projects, Rhythm and Edition, we have constructed over 1,500 homes and contributed more than £11 million to the Colindale area in under ten years.
Our team comprises over 200 professionals across various fields, including construction, sales, and land planning and procurement. We offer career opportunities to both new graduates and seasoned industry professionals, and we generate numerous contractor positions during the building phases of our projects.
We are committed to engaging with and supporting the communities where we develop homes. Our community involvement includes educational visits to schools to discuss our business and the housebuilding sector, as well as donations to local initiatives and organizations.
