We embarked on an extensive engagement program with the local community to shape our final plans. This included two stages of public consultation held in October 2020 and January 2021.

The final proposals for the site include:

• Development of 239 homes, with 35% designated as affordable housing, addressing local needs for affordable and family-sized homes.
• Revitalization of a sustainably located site earmarked for redevelopment in the Redbridge Local Plan.
• Professionally managed Build-to-Rent accommodations aimed at mitigating existing anti-social behavior issues on-site.
• Generous amenity spaces for residents, including a gym, co-working lounge, and children’s play area.
• Enhancements to the Mill Road frontage to improve safety and connectivity.
• Contributions to upgrading the Mill Road / Prior Road junction, enhancing connections to Ilford Town Centre and local public transport.
• A high-quality development by Telford Homes, a Trammell Crow Company developer known for innovative projects and as a partner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
