3 Olympic Way stands as a pivotal development in the evolving urban landscape of the Wembley Masterplan, spearheaded by Hycgan. This project reflects the client’s enduring commitment to the area through a mixed-use scheme that enhances and integrates their neighboring properties into a cohesive urban block.
The primary objective was to create a successful approach to high-density urban living by focusing on the quality of both internal and external apartment spaces. Broadway Malyan has been entrusted with both architectural and landscape services, tasked with developing and submitting planning designs as part of the Brent Council Pre-Application process.
