South West Lands Phase 1 is an integral part of the major urban regeneration of Wembley Park in North West London. To expedite the construction period, off-site fabrication was extensively utilized, including bathroom pods, windows, and balconies. White Ink Architects collaborated with McAleer & Rushe D&B Contractors to develop the RIBA Stage 2 design by JTP and bring this significant residential scheme to life.
