This development plans to merge two existing buildings, utilizing a distinctive design alongside advanced modular and off-site construction methods. The project includes a two-story rooftop extension, 'bookends' on either side of the current structures, and a new central core. This core will link the two buildings, incorporating a new lift, stairwell, communal entrance, and a landscaped forecourt.
We have submitted a planning application for the project's extension and will provide further details in the near future.
