Rockwell is pleased to unveil plans for the redevelopment of the Glassmills building at 1 Battersea Bridge Road, Wandsworth.
Project Proposals
- Development of new homes, including a substantial amount of affordable housing in compliance with local policies.
- Commercial space on the ground floor designed for community and retail purposes.
- Dedicated areas for small and local businesses, as well as office space, on the first floor.
Our proposals aim to enhance the ground floor's activity and improve connectivity along the Thames Path and Battersea Bridge Road, aligning with the broader goals for the area.
Community Engagement
As the project is in its initial stages, we invite your feedback on these plans before moving forward.
We plan to host a second exhibition later this year to share more detailed information about our proposed new building.
