Grahame Park stands as Barnet's largest housing development, integral to the Colindale Area Action Plan. In collaboration with Barnet, Notting Hill Genesis is dedicated to creating over 3,000 new homes across diverse housing options, replacing 1,777 outdated units, and revitalizing the estate.

Project Highlights

Stage A: Completed in 2017, this phase introduced 685 new homes, along with a college, library, supermarket, public square, and relocated Barnet Council offices. Out of these, 173 homes are reserved for existing secure tenants at social rent rates.

Stage B: Approved in 2020, this phase aims to deliver 2,088 additional homes, with over 1,000 designated as affordable housing. The plans also include a vibrant high street featuring retail and community amenities, alongside enhancements to sustainable transport options.

Community and Economic Initiatives

Beyond physical redevelopment, the project emphasizes social and economic rejuvenation. In partnership with the Colindale Community Trust, the initiative includes a comprehensive, needs-based program designed to benefit residents and engage local strategic partners.
