International Way is a brand-new development situated on a 1.14-acre site in Stratford, London E20.
This project will feature 380 new residences, comprising 247 build-to-rent apartments and 133 affordable homes, along with office and commercial spaces. Residents will also have access to extensive communal amenities, including a lounge, terrace, and gym.
Telford Homes and Legal & General are collaborating to bring a unique Build to Rent development featuring 247 homes, 79 London affordable rent homes, and 54 Discounted Market Rent homes. These will share gardens and facilities to foster an inclusive community feel.
Located next to Stratford International station, the design by architects Suttonca Limited and landscape architects Standerwick Land Design envisions a vibrant, contemporary London streetscape. This includes 'inhabiting the arches' and modern tower living, enhancing the future skyline of the Stratford Metropolitan Centre. Construction has commenced on-site.
The micro-climate modeling will provide an innovative, wellbeing-focused landscape offering based on three concepts: 'living arches' in response to the architectural design, 'biomorphic' as an extension of the arch shape, and 'tracks & linear movement' reflecting the railway network. The landscape strategy emphasizes maximizing biodiversity in line with the local Biodiversity Action Plan.
