It will feature a total of 85 new homes, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Notably, 35% of these homes will be affordable, including 12 apartments available under the London Living Rent scheme and 16 designated for Shared Ownership.
In collaboration with the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), the Greater London Authority (GLA), and the Pentecostal City Mission Church, who currently occupy the site, we are committed to delivering a high-quality mixed-use development.
