Located at the northeastern gateway to the Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area, 2 Scrubs Lane is set within a district targeted by the Mayor of London for transformation into a vibrant community. This ambitious project plans to offer over 25,500 new homes and create 65,000 jobs, all while connecting with Crossrail and HS2. The development is strategically positioned to benefit from the thriving areas of Kensal Rise and Ladbroke Grove.
Crafted by the renowned Stiff + Trevillion architects, this approved project occupies the northeastern entrance of the expansive 650-hectare regeneration zone. It will feature a total of 85 new homes, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Notably, 35% of these homes will be affordable, including 12 apartments available under the London Living Rent scheme and 16 designated for Shared Ownership.
In collaboration with the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), the Greater London Authority (GLA), and the Pentecostal City Mission Church, who currently occupy the site, we are committed to delivering a high-quality mixed-use development. This initiative will not only provide new homes but also retain existing nursery and community facilities, contributing to the ongoing regeneration of the Old Oak development area.
