The St Monica Trust is delighted to present plans for the final piece of the development at The Chocolate Quarter.

The Trust has been granted planning permission for the addition of 44 apartments to  blossoming community, to be built on the currently unused ground (formerly known as Block D) between the Somerdale Pavilion and the offices in Block C.
