In alignment with the London Plan's sustainability goals, the project introduces sustainable transport initiatives, including a Shared Mobility Hub and Cycle Hub, to promote foot, cycle, and public transport journeys.

Community engagement is a cornerstone, with two rounds of public consultation allowing input from neighboring residents and the wider community. Despite challenges posed by the pandemic, innovative engagement methods were employed, including virtual exhibitions and online Q&A sessions.

The development will offer new access routes and communal spaces for residents to enjoy. A planning application was submitted to the London Borough of Lambeth in January 2022, with ongoing engagement with stakeholders and the community for further improvements.
