This redevelopment project will rejuvenate the central section of King’s Road, directly across from Chelsea Town Hall.
The development will restore the historic façade of the original art-deco Gaumont Theatre building, seamlessly integrating modern design with the area's historical ambiance.
Construction began in April 2018 with an expected completion in 2023. Planning permission was granted in October 2015 by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, following extensive consultations with residents, local businesses, tenants, customers, and the broader community.
