Designed by Squire and Partners, this development will feature the construction of three buildings, with heights ranging from ground to 14 stories and ground to 31 stories. It will include commercial spaces, a total of 556 residential units (with 210 designated as affordable housing), landscaped areas, and dedicated zones for cycling and convenient parking.
